Sunrise Yoga

Join Jean for a Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation class on a dock on the Neck-side of Marblehead Harbor.

We’ll awaken the mind and body with a fluid yoga class moving through a sequence of postures, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement, the practice builds strength, flexibility. The class will end with grounding movements and stillness to calm the nervous system—developing mental clarity to support you in the day ahead!
