Private Sessions

Jean helps create, or further develop, a mindfulness practice that is realistic for ones’ lifestyle and is aligned with personal intentions for the practice.  This is open to youth, teens, adults, and educators.

Mindful Movement Classes

Classes are created using YogaEd’s thoughtful yoga curriculum that engages the students in an interactive and playful practice, while incorporating Jean’s creative mindfulness practices.  The combination of mindfulness + yoga provides the students with an opportunity to build an insightful awareness of their mind, body, and emotions.

Private Sessions

Jean works one-on-one helping individuals of all ages create healthy habits through a food journaling process of mindfully understanding what is being consumed and why; and creating recipes which will satisfy the taste buds, satiate the belly, and provide essential nutrients.  Jean also supports those in need of meal guidance with food elimination diets.

My students were always so excited when they saw Jean coming into my classroom to teach mindfulness and garden lessons. Jean makes learning fun. Her lessons are engaging and age-appropriate. Sometimes she brought in props and made a game out of the lessons. Sometimes she brought in food so we could learn to eat mindfully and even taste new foods. Her lessons were always delivered calmly and thoughtfully. I didn’t know my class could be so still and quiet! She taught lifelong skills. I know I still use the lessons I learned from her. I’m sure the children do too!
