Private Sessions
Jean helps create, or further develop, a mindfulness practice that is realistic for ones’ lifestyle and is aligned with personal intentions for the practice. This is open to youth, teens, adults, and educators.
Family Sessions
Through games, activities, music, movement, and food tastings, Jean helps a family to understand what mindfulness looks and feels like and how mindful moments can be found and celebrated throughout the day.
Schools
Working with pre-school through high school students, Jean teaches mindfulness courses using the Mindful Schools curriculum as her foundation, intertwined with SEL curriculums, and her creative flare delivering custom, engaging lessons.
Mindful Movement Classes
Classes are created using YogaEd’s thoughtful yoga curriculum that engages the students in an interactive and playful practice, while incorporating Jean’s creative mindfulness practices. The combination of mindfulness + yoga provides the students with an opportunity to build an insightful awareness of their mind, body, and emotions.
